Interestingly enough, this corresponded with my reading in Exodus of the account of the ten plagues.

The scary part was he told me his purpose in catching the frog was to use it as bait to catch a snake...

That is scary! What does he plan to do with the snake?

Not sure if he had thought that far ahead.

Aren't boys wonderful? Thankfully mine have a mother who does get too squeamish about such things like my mother did when I brought things like frogs and snakes (yes, snakes) home (I grew up on a farm). (lol) with the exception of spiders, I hate spiders, so on the rare times when my boys picked wild flowers to bring me (instead of from my flower beds) what is on them?.. and they blended with the flower that they were on and didn't move until you stuck your nose down to smell the flower.

Oops, my proof reader namely me isn't working very well .that should have read DOESN'T get too squeamish.

My wife is not squeamish about these kinds of things, which is a blessing given the sheer number of gooey and crawly critters here.

Michael looks much happier than the frog! I never pictured the frogs in Gen as that large. I wonder....
