Sigh
I have Google Reader set to search Brazil and other related subjects. Today this article came across the wire.
Come ON people! You are supposed to learn in elementary school that Brazil, Latin America's LARGEST COUNTRY, speaks PORTUGUESE, not Spanish. Remember studying the Papal Line of Demarcation, Vasco da Gama, etc. etc. etc?
If we put salary caps on executives, can we also put travel restrictions on Hollywood stars so they don't embarrass us abroad?

Right! You would think that at least one of his handlers would fill him in on that...and the fact that Brazilians are not really keen on having their language confused with Portuguese.

Amazing isn't it? One of Hollywood's elite- the type that lectures us on political matters and scientology and he does not even know the difference between South American languages.
