It is at best a mixed bag for Brazil. You are right, however, God is most certainly in control--and this has in no way caught Him by surprise.

This is good for Brasil, but not good for our mission in the Summer. However, seeing that God is in control (Deus está no controle) I can just praise God for Brazil's blessing.
