Calling Boca Raton?

I just got home from a weekend in Fortaleza, doing a puppetry seminar. More on that later. In checking the news, I saw this headline:

Thousands of Brazilians are calling West Boca neighborhood home

Thousands of Brazilians are calling West Boca neighborhood home: South Florida Sun-Sentinel

I wonder if they are calling collect...
