Here and Gone Again
I must apologize for not being very frequent with my updates over the last couple of weeks. I have been quite busy with different activities, including, most recently, going to Fortaleza to pick up my folks.
Another reason lack of frequency of updates is that my laptop is in the shop. Unfortunately, it will continue to be in the shop until the beginning of August. If you think about it, you might pray that the problem (something with the hard drive) would be fixable so I can have my laptop back before the beginning of classes at the Seminary.
Tomorrow we are leaving for São Luís, where we will be spending a few days with my folks and my wife's family. My access to a computer will be minimal, so I will probably not be doing much updating between now and when we return.

hey cool to the dude.. i was going to try and call bbm to ask them a couple questions.. and such. and i was wondering who do you think i should call and talk to .. or just call up there.. and talk to anyone..

Shanna,
If you let the receptionist know what kind of questions you have, she should be able to direct you to the right place. Also, don´t be afraid to let them know you know me.

here is a little update on that:
so i called.. and they told me i had to talk to a lady named karen jones... so i left her a voice mail.. they said she would be back in 30 mins.. 2 hours go by.. im like.. hmm.. so i called again.. and they said she was leaving for lunch.. leave a voice mail.. i was like.. hmm okay..
3 hours go by.. and i am like.. "dude.. i need to know this stuff.. so i can talk to pastor on sunday.. cuz i have to talk to my guidance counselor soon. and these ppl are killing me..(registeration for classes end aug. 15th)
so i call back.. and she left for the day..(ugh!)
so i left my informantion with a lady name kathy.. and i told her i knew you guys.. and i told her the kinda questions i had.. and she said she would give my information to the right person..
so now.. i sit and wait.. i have to talk to my guidance counselor tomorrow.. and then go to pcc on wednesday to talk to them..

and i noticed i put bbm on the comment at the top instead of BMM.. (sheesh)

If you have HD issues, that doesn't sound like a good thing. Many times that is terminal. Just depends on what is wrong. Though the computer can be fixed.
